Of the 8 highlighted vertices, am wondering why only 4 of them fillet ... and how I can make it so all eight do. Thanks!

Thank you for posting. I am having trouble following the link to your example file. Could you re-post the file and/or give us some more details as to how the sketch was constructed? Did you use any mirroring/cloning in its construction?

I have seen that happen sometimes when your fillet radius is too large which results in one or both of the verts failing to fillet. I would zip the file and attach it to the forum, if you want someone else to look at it.

This particular file has some cloned/mirrored geometry ... but I also got the same result without doing that.

The problem appears to be the creation method you used. I am guessing you used arcs of some sort to create the shape. Now that the shape is done you need to convert it to a Pwr_EditSkt. Once you do that you will lose the ability to edit the arcs as before, but all the corners can now be filleted as desired.
