Yes, we've done a lot of testing of version 6.01 on Max 2010. But nobody noticed that particular problem. By the way, we will be posting a 6.03 version later today. You should download that version, as it has some important bug fixes in it.

Hi Rudolph,

I don't think that particular problem will be fixed in the 6.03 version yet, as this is the first we have heard of it.

I'm going to send out an email to all of the customers once we officially release it. But the 6.03 version is there now. You can download it from the same link where you got the previous version.

your right David, this 6.03 update didn't resolve my maximize viewport problem when i draw closed spline.

Hope you found solution because it's very unconfortable to work without possibility of maximize or minimize my viewport.

Bye,

Hi,

Do you have news about this problem (minimize maximize) ? Eric or David ?
I don't see very much David online this month and so we can't exchange about that and new uvw tool. If you have any informations don't hesitate to give us.

Thanks,

Rudo_fr.

Hi Rudolph,

We're fixing the problem in the upcoming 6.1 patch release. I haven't been able to connect online because my computer crashed. I've got a new computer, but I haven't had time to install the chat software yet on the new computer.

Yeah, cool that you found the bug, it is really disturbing the workflow when you are not able to maximize/minimize the window.

is there any chance to get the fix sooner than siggraph ;)?

thanks for four hard work on bugfixing,
dan

Our goal is to provide a fix before Siggraph, but we don't know for sure yet. We'll try, but there are a few other bugs that need to be fixed.

I also ask kindly to release at least a fix for this bug,
it is really annoying and makes it almost impossible to work (I maximize/minimize windows every few seconds...normally).

Thank you,
Daniel
