align power sketch

Hi there,
it seems like there is a problem with aligning 2dsketches. If you create a power circle and a pwr_rect you can not align them with min or max. It uses the far too big "bounding" box...
Please confirm....

I have found various bounding box issues, the only way I know to correct it is to collapse to the editable state of the object (Edit_Sketch or Editable_BREP).

that would be ok but even after collapsing it does not work for me!
