Hi
How I can merge a line between 2 blends, and fillet it!!!
At First I made two blends, and put them together in to Union
and tryd to fillet a line between two blends, and a filet gives me
more lines I need to have

how can I merge 2 vertex, like in a second picture

You can't. NURBS/Solids are different that Poly modeling. Look at the Viewport Mesh (Viewport Display Settings > Mesh) if that mesh lines up that is what matters. Some processes do like clean edges like Filleting, but I have yet to figure out how to repair the highlighted areas when a fillet fails.

When you fillet two surfaces a new surface is created. This surface is a unique patch with its own UV space so the lines will not line up as they would in a poly model. Please explain why you want them to line up?

Please post your model, I would like to look at its construction history to see if I cant work around your vertex issue.
