When looking at a model in wireframe, what do the orange edges represent? I know that blue means it's an open edge, and usually orange means there's an interior face. In this intance I've only got a single orange edge, and I can't figure out why.

From the Help file (EditableBREP Sewing):If you go into Edge Selection mode prior to sewing you will be able to see the edges which are sewn (white) and the open edges (blue). Non-Manifold edges (edges with more than 2 faces) are shown in dark orange. Typically when I have orange edges I do an Explode all, Clean Edges, then resew/Join the surfaces. In most of my cases that has removed the extra edges/surfaces.
Hope that helps,
