Pwr Detailer problem

Hi,

I'm very new with nurbs modelling, however modelling with power nurbs has been a great discovery for me. Indeed, Nurbs from 3dsmax aren't as intuitive as the PowerNurbs ones.. anyway

I'm having some weird trouble, here's the situation :
I've got a modelisation in powernurbs (with some kind of pwr boolean opérations which is great) and then I'd like to project use the great tool pwr detailer to project a spline into my 3d nurbs geometry... everything's okey until i decide to check the "keep base geometry" with a positive extrude distance in the interior control pannel.

When I do that, an error message pop up : "Detailer failure, reverting".

any idea ?

I'm using 3dsmax 2010 on vista sp2 and Power Nurbs 6

It sounds like there is a problem with the surfaces before you try to Pwr_Detail them. It would be easier to diagnose if you posted a file that someone could look at.
