Hi guys, need your help...
i got these surfaces and i need to attach it into one surface and than to add some thickness (offset)... got no idea how to do this...
any help wold be greatly appreciated!!
i have a great background in poly modeling but curves are complete mystery to me :))

i tried to do offset on this bottom part only, to see whats gona happen and this is what i got

You can combine these objects using the Pwr_Join command. If the edges are lined up, Pwr_Join can be used to sew them together.

As for giving it some thickness, you could try to shell (offset) the Pwr_Join, the same way you tried with the bottom piece. Unfortunately, shelling can be a little flaky, and is quite prone to self intersections or outright failure, especially where the shelling distance is not tiny relative to the local curvature of the object.

I'm not sure why those triangular faces are getting lost, but you might be able to patch those holes using the corner blend tool.
