just downloaded and tried to install
does not work with max 2010 design
i get errors when starting max
plugins/NPowerSoftware/BrepObject.dlo failed to ...
plugins/NPowerSoftware/...
plugins/NPowerSoftware/
all 3 plugins fail to initialize

Thank you for posting quo vadis,
We've identified an issue with the 64 bit installers for 6.2 that sounds a lot like what you are seeing. This issue will cause a load-time error message to the effect of 'plug-in failed to initialize, side by side configuration is incorrect'. Resolving this issue is currently our top priority and we hope to post a fix soon.

... yes i forgot to mention that i am on Max 64 BIT and Win XP 64.

Hello all,
The 6.2 64 bit installer has been reposted.
For those who are curious, one of our third party libraries was built using the debug visual c runtime, hence the side by side configuration issues.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
