Boolean Operation Brings Oject Out Of Isolation Mode

Not sure if this is every time but I've found on a number of occasions that while in Isolation Mode and running a Boolean Operation, upon clicking to include the first object (after having selected the main object for the operation) will bring the object out of Isolation Mode.
