You will need a special renderer (like FinalToon). I've never done it, but I know that we have at least one customer (Don Cameron) who does cartoons. Those cartoons in our "Artistic" gallery (not the forum gallery) were made by him.
hi
I want to know if exists a tutorial to make these forms

I don't think there is such a tutorial yet, but I would welcome you or anyone else to create one. I think it should be pretty easy. I know that there are several customers who know how to make these "toon" images.
Anyone out there want to help?
somebody can become trained
please

Just curious why you want to do the character in NURBS? Is there a benefit you expect over poly objects? Since if you plan on doing any rigging or animation you will have to convert to mesh or poly. Also, if you planned on using Morph targets of any kind you will have to convert the object and then edit it as a mesh or poly. This is because morph targets are based on vertex count and id, if either changes then the morphs will not work. I am not trying to convince you that Power NURBS can't do what you need, just want you to know what you will be in for.

I thought that it was but easy to design a character with power Nurbs, but I believe that the traditional method continues being the best thing.

Find a tutorial for another app and modify the techniques for use with Power NURBS. There are only a few places using NURBS for character work and those places 1) Aren't using Max 2) Have pipelines developed around tools that were built in-house. You are going to find limited material, especially current material on NURBS and characters. Autodesk even pulled its NURBS character tutorial from the latest releases of 3ds Max.
