power primitives ?

I have power nurbs for max 8 but I don't find the functions pwr_rectangle, power primitives ,pwr_circle

Do you have the "nPower Primitives" submenu? You should have "nPower Tools1", "nPower Tools2", and "nPower Primitives". Make sure that your configuration file (nPower_Config20.ini) has Power NURBS Pro set = 1 also.

Doesn't the Pwr_Tube show up in the nPower Bonus Tools menu? Do you have a very old version of the installer? The Pwr_Tube command was added during release 2.0 of Power NURBS.
