PwrSketch Segment Select

Why is there an option to select a segment in a PwrSketch object if it isn't possible?
It selects the entire sketch.

Edges in Sketch are different than Segemnst in Splines. The edge end points must be a green square or solid green circle (Merged Verts). Bezier points (cross) are not valid end points. You can change this by selecting the points and choosing Split Bezier, this will create 2 bezier points and merge them. Hope this helps some.

Note: When splitting Beziers it is best to have them set to C1 Bezier. Since you are dealing with 2 points you are actually dealing with 2 handles for each side as well. C1 Bezier Handles will snap and link together, regular Bezier handles will not.

The different kinds of blends and shapes etc. are pretty much a mystery to me so far C1, C2, G1, G2 and more.
Am I correct in thinking that even after splitting between the two points the segment cannot be removed without affecting the other parts of the shape such as removing a segment in a spline?

You should be able to select the edge between 2 end points and delete it. Since the split creates 2 bezier points it shouldn't effect the shape of the other edge(s). If this is not the info your looking for then post another video.

Nope, that's exactly what I am talking about, just thought it wouldn't work since I tried deleting a vertex and it changed the shape, deleting the split segment didn't change the rest of the shape.
