"Relate to Sketch" Tolerance

I don't want to turn off the "relate to sketch" option for sketch vertices, but I do want to decrease the threshhold at which two adjacent vertices are merged. Is there a way to do this?

Great question,

Turn down the Inference snap value.

The Inference snapping value still controls the snapping even when Inferencing function is off. I know this is confusing and will be addressed in future products.
