Hello Community, hello Npower-Team,

I have just started to learn Power Surface (so I am still a beginner). I tried to re-orient the surface normals of a Power-Revolve-Object, but I could not find the option to do so.

Other object types offer "Flip Surface Orientation" in the quad-menue. This option is located in the "Power Surface Parameter"-roll-out.

I can't even find this "Power Surface Parameter"-roll-out in the Power-Revolve-Object. Why is that?

I am slightly desperate...

Kind regards
Arnim

Flip isn't an option for Pwr_Revolve, not sure why. Instead choose 0) Shape: from the Operand list, then choose Pwr_Sketch from the modifier list, expand Curve Reconstruction, enable Reverse Direction. This should flip the surface as you desire.

Thank you, Eric,

that helps a lot.

I have the same concern about other types of power surfaces. I tried using the curve "reverse direction" option on a power extrude object but it changed the direction of extrusion, not the surface normal direction.
