One side Trim

Hey,
I want cut out an object by an another one, for this procedure i use Pwr_Trim, but i want to trim only one side. The option "One Sided Direction" doesn't work. When i turn it on, nothing would be cutted.
I know i could use the Pwr_Boolean, but i want to use an alternative method, which is more faster trim fuction (you don't need to make a extrusion of your spline and the trimming part you could taper).

It appears to be tempormental. I would try the detailer it has various controls for exactly what you want. Make the curve the size of the interior edge (and place it at the height you need) and then use the draft angle to get the angle you want.
