Cap Holes

Hi All,

new user, and im in a bit of a rush with this so any help would be great!

I have this object that was made with by using Sweep...anyway, how can I cap that hole and join it so its all one nice nurbs object?

Hi Matt,

You can use the Pwr_Plane tool to create a planar surface to fill that hole. You can extract the curves that form the edges around the hole (use the NURBS Query submenu to extract the curves), and then use Pwr_plane to create a surface bounded by those extracted curves. Then you can use Pwr_Join to join them all together. You may want to make two planar surfaces (so that you can have a thickness for your "cap").

Another Option.

Another option is to use the Composite Sketch Tool
Pwr_CSketch with "loop" selection turned on. It may
save you a few steps. Then select the Comp Sketch and
hit the Pwr_Planar primitive.
