What are the Differences between Power Booleans* and Power Solids? 

 

Our 3ds Max Power Booleans Plug-in* is a simple set of Polygon based Boolean operations that work with 3ds Maxes fixed resolution editable meshes. The 3ds Power Solids Modeling plug-in, on the other hand, is a full featured procedural Solids Modeler, like SolidWorks or Inventor, providing a full range of creation tools and of course our award winning Booleans and filleting. Similar to Patches and Sub D’s Power Solids procedural mathematic surfaces allow you the freedom to easily increase or decrease polygon count of your model anytime for the viewport or the Render.

What are the Differences between Power Solids and Power Surfacing?
 

Power Solids provides 3ds Max artist’s with Solids Modeling tools like Booleans and filleting while the 3ds Max Power Surfacing Plug-in is designed to create NURBS surfaces like Rhino with Blends, Rail Sweeps, Trims, and Projections.

What are the Differences between Power Solids and Power NURBS Pro?
