Release 11.0 of Power Translators for Maya was released on September 9, 2019. |

The Demo Version expires after 30 days. You may purchase a permanent version at our web store or through one of our many resellers. |

Important Note: Input parameters have a known update issue where the model in the scene is not fully synchronized. Apply a parameter value twice to force the correct display update. |

For Maya 2011 and above: Direct Connect, which conflicts with nPower Translators, is now enabled by default. Disable it by going to
Windows > Settings/Preferences > Plug-in Manager then unchecking the boxes to the right of DirectConnect.mll. |

For our FREE Power Viewer: Visit our Viewers download page. Power Viewer is free and requires no licensing. It may be used to view and render objects created by Power Translators on render farms and other unlicensed machines. |

For Windows users, please use the"Run as Administrator" option found in the right click menu when opening Maya the first time after installation. |
|
For Mac users, folder pemissions have changed. In order to activate the plugin, please complete the following steps:
|
|
|
|
|
1) Navigate to Maya.app located in /Applications/maya201X |
|
|
2) Right click on Maya.app and click "Show Package Contents" |
|
|
3) Go in the Contents folder. Right click the "bin" folder and click "get info." |
|
|
4) Give yourself Read/Write permissions by clicking the + sign, selecting your username, and ensure that you have "Read & Write" access. |
|
|
5) Now you may activate your license. |
|
